I'm Elspeth, a professional and highly experienced holistic therapist conveniently located just 5 minutes from Chester city centre, with parking facilities for your convenience. With a passion for nurturing mind, body, and spirit, I hold full qualifications in reflexology and massage, specializing in sports, deep tissue, and pregnancy massage. Moreover, I possess advanced expertise in reflexology, specifically addressing fertility issues, pregnancy, and menopausal conditions. In addition, I offer a range of other therapies, including Indian Head massage, Hot Stone massage, Facial Reflexology, and Holistic facials.
Over a decade ago, I personally experienced the transformative benefits of reflexology and massage for my own health concerns, and that ignited my passion for complementary therapies. After the birth of my two children, I embarked on a career change to become a fully trained complementary therapist. Today, I thoroughly enjoy my work, finding great fulfillment in meeting new clients and helping them along their wellness journey.
