Reflexology

What is Reflexology? This is probably the question that I get asked the most!
Reflexology is a non intrusive complementary health therapy which has roots in Ancient Egypt, China, India and Ancient Greece. The theory of reflexology is that the feet, like the hands and ears, can be divided into areas that correspond with the whole body. In this way the feet can be seen as a “map” of the body. By applying specific massage techniques to reflex points, the primary aim is to help restore balance to the body naturally and enable it to heal itself. I work holistically with my clients to promote better overall health.
